8.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXEONAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeXeonAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content or applications built using our Services.
